How Do I Obtain a Quote for the package?

Coverage can normally be provided the same day, contact our office.

Monthly Instalments?

We can arrange monthly instalments, if required as a package.

What if I have a claim or an incident?

Public & Products Liability

Do not admit any Liability (Policy Condition)
Record the details of the incident (ie Time, Date, Location), including any witnesses.
Take a photo of the damage if possible.
Obtain letter of demand from your customers: - obtain quotes for repair/replacement if necessary; arrange emergency repairs to min. further damage. e.g. drilling through water pipe damage, arrange plumber to repair.
Contact our office immediately so we can provide the appropriate advice and please complete the necessary claim form online and email to adam@assurity.com.au

Tools & Stock Insurance

Record the details of the incident (ie Time, Date, Location), including any witnesses.
Take a photo of the damage if possible.
Contact our office immediately so we can provide the appropriate advice and forward the necessary claim form. (With respect to theft claims please also report the loss to the Police.)
Organise/obtain copies of receipts for all damaged/lost tools and stock items.
